YankeeDisc SUBS 22nd Feb 2017		.....there was an unexpected showing of the complete series between 0200-0500hrs this morning , Wed-22-FEB-2017, and I caught a few of them on BBC RB1 (freeview). There are lots of little "in jokes" which you have to watch very carefully to get, re: Jimmy Saville, "dogging" and so on. As most shots feature characters John and Kayleigh being filmed in the car together looking forward through the front windscreen (windshield), when there is a cutaway shot showing Johns' Fiat car proceeding somewhere in the greater Manchester area, as the car passes by a parade of shops, the camera shows shops with "odd" titles, or hoardings by the roadside looking for I think "missing Muslim husband", et cetera. I sure director Peter Kay knew what he was doing, so next time one episode is on, I will have to save the transmission, and investigate further. A gem of a series, but watching one episode after the other becomes too "samey", something I did not experience when watching single episodes.......... Heartily recommended to all.
