Modesty Blaise meets Miami Vice. A year producing the short-lived sci-fi cop series Mann & Machine with Yancy Butler in the lead, Dick Wolf attempted another series with her, this time she plays a cat burglar who, with some colleagues, is recruited by a secret government organization. The series was also short lived; Butler eventually found TV success a few years later with Witchblade.
