Notes

Fast-paced game show in which the winning contestant, after the game, chose one of five cars. If the car started, he/she won it; if it didn't start, he/she would return to play again the next day. If the contestant was still champion after four days and the car still wouldn't start, he/she picked the car of his/her choice on the fifth day and won it.

Except for about six (?) episodes which can be seen on You Tube, all the other episodes of "Split Second" are *lost,* since ABC erased the videotapes on which they were recorded to use for other shows around 1976.
