Considered one of the most expensive failures of the early decades of TV, this short-lived variety series briefly made Jerry Lewis one of the highest-paid stars in TV history. In preparation for this series, an expensive renovation of a theatre on Vine Street in Hollywood was undertaken. After the series was cancelled, ABC took launched the long-running variety series Hollywood Palace utilizing these renovations.

Followed by two more unrelated Jerry Lewis Shows that ran from 1967-69 and very briefly in syndication in 1984.
