Sketch comedy series co-produced by ATV (UK) and ABC (US). The single series of 14 episodes (some sources like IMDb indicate a 15th episode was released as a "best of" compilation) aired initially in the UK in the fall of 1971, with US broadcast following in the spring of 1972.

Terry Gilliam created the animated opening sequences concurrent with his work on Monty Python's Flying Circus for the BBC.

One of the writers, and occasional performer, in the series was American Barry Levinson, who later went on to renown as a film director. Larry Gelbart also wrote for the series soon before creating the TV version of M*A*S*H.
