Spin off of Wacky Races with characters of Penelope Pitstop and The Anthill Mob. The Hooded Claw and his henchman The Bully Brothers try to kill Penelope has The Hooded Claw is really Sylvester Sneakly who is her guardian and he knows Penelope will get an inheritance so he ties her up on things like railway tracks and the Anthill Mob must save her normally she must save them after she frees herself.
