5 Series - 21 Episodes (each series was titled a saga as the show was based on the principles of a Norse Saga).

Monochrome:
Saga1: The King Of The Nogs
Saga 2: The Ice Dragon
Saga 3: The Flying Machine
Saga 4: The Omruds
Saga 5: The Firecake

There was also a colour remake of the second saga, broadcast in 1979. This condensed the 6-part original down to 4 episodes (Noggin And The Ice Dragon) and added a 2-part adaptation of a 1971 book story (Noggin And The Pie) to make a one-off 6 episode series.
