8 Series - 51 Episodes.
The series initial run was broadcast in monochrome from 1956 to 1960. The show returned for two further series in colour from 1971 to 1972.
Only 4 episodes are known to remain in the BBC film library.

Unusually, the series spawned both a movie, "Bottoms Up!" (1960) and a radio show (1961 to 1963), which ran for three series. The radio series was also thought lost until some Radio 4 staff found some surviving tapes of the show in 2014. Other episodes had previously been recovered from amateur recordings provided to the BBC in 2012.
