Track B3 is just so perfectly gorgeous and majestic. This is most definitely one of the great maestro Mantovani and His Orchestra's most beautiful efforts. What a magnificent piece of beautiful music. My mother always loved Mantovani best among the legendary 20th century orchestra - easy listening - instrumental artists, and I consider him my top favorite as well, though the great Percy Faith and His Orchestra would be a close second place. Something about Annunzio Paolo Mantovani arrangements is just extra special though. "While Shepherds Watched" (or the full title "While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks") is more in the category of a hymn, and not just a mere Christmas carol, of course. This really is about as beautiful as one can get.
