With no scans, it's hard to be certain about the country for this item, but a 10" release with the 3-13 cat# would almost surely be the USA release. If there are no objections, I will change this to USA and add scans here, rather than create a new entry.

Images of my rather battered sleeve uploaded. Front sleeve pic in the US is full colour - in the straightened 1950s UK it's monochrome with touched-in red for the dress and the word "Jazz" - perhaps a nod to the literally-minded?
