We've re-emerged from the swamps of the Yarra Valley to contemplate our learnings within The Mojo Dojo, our new album and sister LP to the 2023 release The Mojo Funk.

Dojo – ‘a hall or place for immersive learning, experiential learning, or meditation’

The Mojo Dojo explores our songwriting and musicality. There’s something for everyone. Beat Mag labelled us ‘Australia’s most exciting up-and-coming blues and roots rockers’, which is pretty bloody kind and you'll definitely find this upbeat vibe on our cover of John Butler's 'Funky Tonight' and 'Til The Day', the reimagined version of a song we dropped on our very first EP. There's soulful acoustic moments, psychedelic dream interpretations and a couple of special guest appearances on the record too. Instead of packaging up a batch of similar sounding songs like the majority of modern music releases, we've more-or-less done the opposite and embraced the place where the creativity flows.

Like The Mojo Funk, we've made this album as real as possible. It’s mixed by Callum Howell (Ocean Alley), mastered by Crystal Mastering (Teskey Brothers, King Gizzard) and features hand-made collage art from UK artist Ben Giles.
