Auto_Da_Fe 25th Apr 2015		Vinyl Album Various Artists - Let's Cut A Rug (1984)	Track B5 says "Children in Need" with no indication if this is title or artist. The internet and Discogs list Children in Need as the title, and N. Downey (taken from the composer credit) as the artist. I haven't followed that line because the artist listing on the sleeve includes Children in Need. Given the heavy involvement of Deep Freeze Mice with this album, I think it is much more likely that this track simply has no title.

Auto_Da_Fe 9th May 2014		Vinyl Album The Mekons - The Quality Of Mercy Is Not Strnen (1979)	For non English speakers - "the quality of mercy is not strained" is a quotation from Shakespeare, The Merchant of Venice. There is also an old saw to the effect that an infinite number of monkeys with typewriters will sooner or later write the complete works of Shakespeare. Hence the cover image and the title.
Auto_Da_Fe 9th May 2014		Vinyl Album The Mekons - The Quality Of Mercy Is Not Strnen (1979)	I had never noticed until preparing these images that the label has the title as "The Quality of Mercy is not Strained". I wonder if that is deliberate - or overzealous subbing at the typesetters.
Auto_Da_Fe 9th May 2014		Vinyl Album The Mekons - The Mekons (1980)	The painting on the front cover is Caspar David Friedrich's "Der Wanderer über dem Nebelmeer". This album is also sometimes known as "Devils, Rats & Piggies - A Special Message From Godzilla", for reasons that are not apparent to me. It is however, absolutely marvelous.

I suspect they may be one and the same - but if somebody can confirm the existence of UK pressings with ARM 1 labels, even better!
