Hard to pin down exact release date as Mancini had just won several Oscars for Breakfast at Tiffany's which had this LP high on all in the biz's radar [there were at least 2 articles in CB June mentioned this LP].

Does that merit making this a Nov 68 release?

BenLPMarts 29th Jul 2024		Vinyl Album Henry Mancini - Music From "Mr. Lucky" From The CBS Television Series (1960)	Got tired of trying to find a review [there may be one...] but did find a BB full-page advert in the 27 March 1960 pg 43; the mono LP charted BB that week. It's my guess the LP hit stores [my benchmark] in March after the sgl release in February. Interesting that Mancini had a theme done for the show premier of 24 Oct 59. Mancini cut the LP over a few days in Dec '59, launched the medium hit sgl in Feb and this LP in March following in the lucrative footsteps of Peter Gunn not to mention Mancini's long and memorable career of TV & film music. He was quite prolific.

BenLPMarts 28th Jul 2024		Vinyl Album Henry Mancini And His Orchestra - The Pink Panther (Music From The Film Score) (1963)	OK so this film premiered in Italy 12.18.63 and USA 3.18.64 [as per wiki]. BUT both BB & CB run LP reviews 11 April 64 [BB pg 98; CB pg 22 (actual pg 58)]. So the music was all done in 1963 but I bet you couldn't buy an LP until 7 Apr 64. I haven't checked for global release but I bet Hollywood back then liked to roll out a film in the US and then other countries after. Full-page advert CB 11 Apr 64 pg 13 [also their Movie & Stage special issue which also had a story on Mancini].
