My Fly Like An Eagle from Columbia House has the extra 5 at the beginning. Do they both have to be entered seperately?

The composer credit for "My Ding-A-Ling" should be Bartholomew-Berry, since Dave Bartholomew had the first recorded version and Berry re-wrote the words and added a few more when he recorded his "My Tambourine" almost ten years later. I have yet to see where co-writing credit was officially given. He stubbornly claimed sole authorship for years.
