Graham7 13th Jan 2014		Vinyl Album Frank Sinatra - A Swingin' Affair (1957)	Oh yes, I see the XT in centre of the A side label now - easier to spot in the scan than on the actual label. The record does have R/T stamped in the deadwax on side 2, which was what I quoted when I scanned it.
Graham7 9th Jan 2014		Vinyl Album Vanilla Fudge - Renaissance (1968)	Label images only, I have no cover. Sorry about R&TE sticker on side 2. Another of my 10p bargains - plays fine!. I'm not actually sure this is a US issue, the label design doesn't match other Atco labels we have so far.
Graham7 16th Nov 2013		Vinyl Album Mott The Hoople - All The Young Dudes (1972)	The labels I've added are for a copy imported to the UK, where EMI, not CBS, owned the Columbia name at the time. Hence black donut stickers applied to hide references to Columbia. Also the cover has had all the Columbias blacked out with marker pen. Someone may be add an original US label soon I hope.

Graham7 2nd Nov 2013		Vinyl Album Lou Reed - Lou Reed Live (1975)	50p from Record & Tape Exchange (early 80's). No sleeve. Have uploaded a new edit to hide the price sticker. These stickers do not come off! If the edit's ok, my stickered copy can be hidden.
Graham7 30th Oct 2013		Vinyl Album Lou Reed - Berlin	Back cover now added, with a zoomed in scan of the distribution details, and price codes, for various European countries. I purchased this in a UK HMV/Virgin I think, for about £2.99. So I'd really consider it UK. I'm not keen on a "Europe" flag either, but this sleeve suggests it was sold in Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands and UK (at least). This is, obviously a reissue, originally issued 1973.

Was also supposed to be in Italian, but legal problems prevented their reproduction. Sleeve note: It's meant to be listened to in one 58 minute (14 songs!) sitting as though it were a book or a movie. [YouTube Video]

Graham7 28th Oct 2013		Vinyl Album The Velvet Underground And Nico - The Velvet Underground & Nico (1967)	Seems a shame that this don't show up in the discog because the Mono version (sans images) has priority. It's them Beatles' fault isn't it. (EDIT: Ah - you fixed it Jules. Ta) Bought this in about 1981 for only a pound or two. Cheap, because it had a huge warp, but I've just played it again, and it sounds very fine indeed, as I play nothing but Lou tonight. I've added a few LPs (and a 12"), and will add plenty more. It's the least we can do.

I didn't initially add a scan because I can't produce complete sleeve scans, but I've done a scan, now added. ps. RCA, with all its variants, is surely the most confusticating label there is.

Once the button exists, that enables one to "Copy Track Details From Existing Album" I'd be happy to. Is this coming soon?

Graham7 11th Sep 2013		Vinyl Album Various Artists - Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange" (1972)	As the main featured artist is Walter Carlos, I'd be inclined to leave it this way, for this LP. But, I agree, a preferred Artist Name for Original Soundtrack Recordings should be decided upon. I've added a further scan of part of the back cover: Walter Carlos - a Biographical Sketch by Phillip Ramey, for those who'd like to read it. I have another Walter Carlos LP somewhere - just wish I could find it!

Graham7 9th Sep 2013		Vinyl Album Various Artists - Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange" (1972)	Label scans added here of my Canadian made copy. I agree, it does now seem likely to be a UK issue. Plain white inner has Made In Great Britain printed on it The dead wax markings vary on mine. Side A is as described by Yankee Disc : BS 2573A 40039-1B and C2-G Side B has just 40040-1D and 2-GO (or 2-G0) Oh, and the label shows 1972 instead of 1971. PS. Why is this described as a Stereo LP? - do Mono copies exist?
Graham7 6th Sep 2013		Vinyl Album Various Artists - Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange" (1972)	Have added a scan showing just part of the back cover, hopefully the track credits as printed can be read more easily. I was all set to add a label variation, when I saw that mine was a Canadian issue (in a UK sleeve) so I'll add it as new. Before I do, is it better to have Not Credited, and other uncredited artists, listed under a consistent heading, such as [No Artist Listed]?

I have a box full, all from Radio Canada International, apart from this one. All recovered from a UK student radio station's skip in about 1985. I've also added 2 of the Canadian ones here. Should we have a format for these? Transcription disc? Should I use the radio station name in absence of obvious Artist - or is [No Artist Listed] ok? There are 5 distinct tracks on side 2, though not listed on the label. All the programmes are in English, and mono,
