B4 usually titled Rock of All Ages; A5 Carry On Till Tomorrow. Artist information is derived in part from the album, in part from other sources. The Badfinger tracks are not identified as being by Badfinger except for Come and Get It. Several tracks contain spoken dialog by actors not identified. The "Pete," "Tom" and "Mike" in songwriter credits are Pete Ham and Tom Evans and Mike Gibbins. The film was released in 1969 in the UK, in 1970 in the U.S. Library of Congress Control No.: 93714956

jaimeeduardo 18th Feb 2014		Vinyl Album Various Artists - Christmas In Europe (1956)	Track 9 is listed on the label/container but is a very brief (approx. 20 seconds) clip of church bells ringing. These bells also appear briefly at the beginning of the record. I've simplified some of the artist names here. The information on the label is convoluted. This album made a nice gift in 1956, and this Christmas music still seems fresh and different many years later.

jaimeeduardo 15th Feb 2014		Vinyl Album Elena Suliotis, Mario Del Monaco, Tito Gobbi, Silvio Varviso - Cavalleria Rusticana ... Elena Suliotis Operatic Recital (1966)	Disc title from container. This early recording features Elena Suliotis still using the old spelling of Suliotis rather than the later Souliotis. Cavalleria Rusticana is short for an opera, so there was a whole side left over for the Suliotis recital. She created something of a sensation with her early appearances and recordings because of her youth and the quality of her voice, so the recital added a lot of value to this set. None other than tenor Luciano Pavarotti selected the Suliotis recording of Suicidio as one of his favorites (on the album My Favorite Heroines). Suliotis had a brief, somewhat controversial career as a leading operatic soprano (she continued to sing for many years in lesser roles as a mezzo-soprano), though she sang with the finest singers of the day, and these other greats seem to have positive comments to make about the Suliotis voice, at times sweet and lovely, but capable of strong chest tones and some forceful high notes. jaimeeduardo 14th Feb 2014		Vinyl Album Maria Meneghini Callas - Highlights From Medea (1959)	Here Maria Callas uses her husband's surname in Maria Meneghini Callas, a form used on her recordings for a brief time. "Maria Callas," "Miss Callas" and "Callas" also appear, but not prominently. The most famous aria in Medea is Medea's Dei tuoi figli. It's not included in these excerpts. Recorded in the Teatro alla Scala, September 1957. This opera was also issued in a full length set. The excellent liner notes include a lot of information in a small space– bios, about the opera, the recording. Baritone Alfredo Giacommotti is incorrect on label as "Alfred." "Living Presence."
