johnnyhotspur 7th Sep 2024		Vinyl Album The Blues Busters - Behold! (1965)	Track B2 'Soon You'll Be Gone' got a new lease of life as a play on the Rare Soul/Northern scene when they eventually discovered it about 25 years back.
johnnyhotspur 7th Sep 2024		Vinyl Album The Blues Busters - The Best Of (1968)	Got my copy about 30 years ago. Can't remember what I paid for it? I also got their one on Island. I went through a real 'must buy old Ska/Rocksteady UK LP's' phase. So glad I did because I paid a lot less than what they are now valued at. Yes, mostly Soul on both albums. There are one or 2 Ska tracks on the Island one. Track B5 'Can't Believe That You're Gone' was fairly in-demand on the Northern Soul scene and I remember hearing it played out. I'm glad to say I own all 3 UK 'Doctor Bird' LP releases on this site.
