nmtb77 21st Dec 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - The Sex Pistols First US Show! Atlanta 78 (1979)	There are 2 versions of the insert. One has "Trademark Of Quantity" on the right, above the picture of Johnny Rotten, and looks darker than the other which does not have "Trademark Of Quantity". Same green fake labels for both releases.
nmtb77 21st Dec 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - Spunk (1978)	This US copy of Spunk is available either with the yellow Spunk labels or the Monique d'Ozo one. Other TAKRL releases exist with these labels. The best is to check the matrix numbers before buying.

nmtb77 1st Mar 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - Anarchy In The UK	A compilation of live recordings: Stockholm 28 july 1977 (tracks A1 - B2), Halmstad, Sweden, 15 july 1977 (B3) and San Francisco, Winterland 14 january 1978 (B4 - B6). EMI is credited to Sid Vicious instead of Glen Matlock, and Bodies is credited to Matlock instead of Vicious.
nmtb77 1st Mar 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - The Best Of The Sex Pistols Live	Side one is a repress of the "Gun Control" LP (Winterland 78) and side two is a compilation of songs recorded live at the 76 Club, Burton Upon Trent, 24 Sept. 1976 (you can find these songs on the "Indecent Exposure" LP). All the songs are credited to Jones/Cook/Matlock/Rotten when 3 songs should have been credited to Jones/Cook/Vicious/Rotten (Belsen Was A Gas,Bodies, Holidays In The Sun) and No Fun is obviously a song by the Stooges, written by Jim Osterberg (Iggy Pop), Ron & Scott Asheton and Dave Alexander. Not sure if the Bondage LP is a real bootleg because Bondage Records was a french record label in the 80's. It's either an official release or a bootleg using the name of the label.
nmtb77 2nd Feb 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - Welcome To The Rodeo (1978)	SP 2800 is the original pressing from the USA. It has been repressed many times with several labels and inserts variations by the same pressing plant. None of the versions were made in Germany or anywhere else in the world apart from the USA. It's been also included in the Sex Pistols File 4 LP boxset (made in the USA). Labels: Full Tilt, plain cream, plain yellow with "record 1" and "side 1"/"side 2""Ray Stevenson" pictures labels, Ruthless Rhymes black & white, Ruthless Rhymes black & grey, Ruthless Rhymes black & yellow, Slipped Disc Records, Canyon Records.

nmtb77 1st Feb 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - Anarchy In Sweden '77 (1979)	1st pressing: fold-out white cover with Sex Pistols sprayed in red on front.Hole + safety pin on top right corner. Songs stamped on the inside left fold up bit of the sleeve, Holidays in the Sun is listed instead of New York and I'm A Lazy Sod instead of Seventeen. 2nd pressing: same with New York listed instead of Holidays in the Sun and Seventeen instead of I'm A Lazy Sod. 3rd pressing: same fold-out cover with "SEX PISTOLZ" & "GUN001"stamped in purple ink on front. Same hole on top right corner. Some copies with the safety pins, some without. 4th pressing: plain white cover, no safety pin, "SEX PISTOLZ" and "GUN001" stamped in purple ink. 5th pressing: plain white cover with nothing stamped on. Green paper insert with "Sex Pistols" in big (same logo as the 1st pressing) + date, venue, track listing. Very limited edition for each pressing. Probably 200 or 300 copies of each.

nmtb77 1st Feb 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - Gun Contol (1978)	The original pressing carries the Ruthless Rhymes labels and has the matrix numbers SP 2900-A and SP 2900-B The original insert has either SP 2900 at the bottom left or "biftekfleur -> this I.bird III" all being printed on a A4 paper. The reissue has the Blank Records UK5 labels. This version was issued with 2 different inserts: - "Blank Tapes" (with Sid Vicious and Johnny Rotten) - "Gun Control" same as Blank Tapes insert. Some SP 2900 copies has different labels such as Dragonfly, Canyon records and black & white pictures

nmtb77 1st Feb 2015		Vinyl Album Sex Pistols - Spunk (1977)	There are 5 different covers for the original pressing: -Plain white cover with "Sex Pistols" stamped on front -"No Future" (in red) + "sex pistols" (pink) with a picture of the Nashville Rooms fight -"No Future UK?" wrap-around dark blue/red cover with picture of the Pretty Vacant video and riots and policeman. This cover was later used for the 15 tracks bootleg (matrix numbers GD001/GD002) available in black & yellow or black & green. -"Sex Pistols No Future UK?" (red ink) and "Blank Records Quality First" (black ink) stamped on front. -Purple cover with labels of both sides printed on front and rear sleeve.
