Note the DDP in half size font in Cat# on the labels. Also, my issue has 9 photos inside the gatefold, 4 on the left, 5 on the right. And one of the paper inner sleeves is called "The Inner Sleeve Issue 1", advertising other CBS releases, so when would this have first appeared? I'll add a scan in a mo.

Instead, they seem to have gone for http://www.45cat.com/record/31379 (!!) and, moreover, got Dorsey Burnette's name wrong!!!
