Vinyl Album
Διονύσης Σαββόπουλος - Το Περιβόλι Του Τρελλού (1969)
Interesting to see the linked US issue added. Very bizarrely, I found my copy of this in the sale section at a local recycling centre in the UK. The cheerful cover design by Στέργιος Δελιαλής (Stérgios Delialís) has drawn favourable comment when I have shown it to other people.

31st Jul 2020
Vinyl Album
Ed Stewart - Stewpot's Pop Party (1975)
Featured in one of the "show and tells" in the "Word In Your Attic" lockdown editions for its eccentric choice of side 1 original artist tracks....

31st Jul 2020
Vinyl Album
The Beatles - A Hard Day's Night (1964)
Vinyl Fan, Getalife - I've found this site useful before now for the mind-boggling variation in detail on UK Beatles issues, but can't find anything there on a quick look about your label variations.

Vinyl Album
Noël Coward - A Talent To Amuse (1973)
Track details added, correction request made to add missing tracks A7,A8,B7,B8 (thank you mod). Sleeve pics uploaded, Labels to follow. Alt cat# includes one of those eccentric text characters of the type more often found in run-out matrices

18th Jun 2020
Vinyl Album
The Byrds - The Original Singles 1965-1967 (1980)
I remember buying my copy in the Netherlands in the early 1980s - it has a promo insert in the sleeve for the "Free Record Shop" chain.

25th May 2020
Vinyl Album
Tangerine Dream - Alpha Centauri (1972)
Original issue 1971 on cat# 56.012

Scratchy45
18th May 2020
Vinyl Album
June Christy - Ballads For Night People (1960)
"the front cover image really is unfocused"... but I'd venture it's done for effect here. A "Misty Miss Christy" perhaps...?

Scratchy45
18th May 2020
Vinyl Album
Talking Heads - Remain In Light (1980)
Scans added of outer lyric sheet, inner, labels (hopefully edited to circle format). When a student in Reading, one of the record shops on Broad Street stocked cut-price imports from Portugal - and this - presumably - was the last of four Talking Heads albums I bought there.

Scratchy45
17th May 2020
Vinyl Album
Various Artists - Masters Of The Ragtime Guitar (1977)
Also available with later label design ( e.g. as seen for SNKF 134 at time of writing this comment). Scans to follow - now uploaded (sleeve).

Issue with sleeve pictured has sticker explaining tab book no longer included from Jan 1st 1979 'due to rising cost'.

Scratchy45
9th May 2020
Vinyl Album
Judy Collins - Judy Collins 3 (1965)
The eyes, man! Don't look into the eyes....

Eyes that mesmerise, but spookily small pupils here. A Jim Marshall cover photograph.

Scratchy45
15th Feb 2020
Vinyl Album
Robert Palmer - Sneakin' Sally Through The Alley (1974)
Pink-rim labels added from original issue

Scratchy45
7th Feb 2020

The Average White Band - Put It Where You Want It (1975)
Post-breakthrough reissue of MUPS 486 with "How Can You Go Home" replacing "The Jugglers".

Scratchy45
6th Feb 2020
Vinyl Album
Various Artists - Call Me Madam (1952)
"Anyone know what 1001 was?" You'll find 33SX 1001 on discogs - as well as the first in the CX series - 33CX 1001. Which came first.....

Scratchy45
23rd Jan 2020

Also as a "Nice Price" reissue on CBS 32766

Scratchy45

The Sweet - The Sweet's Biggest Hits (1972)
UK issue also on LSP 10384

Scratchy45
4th Jan 2020
Vinyl Album
Sparrow - Calypsoes (1959)
I'll add the plum-coloured RCA labels later with "Product of Beecham Coates Ltd." on the perimeter. There are black label copies which list a different RCA licensee - "International Recording Co Ltd".

Scratchy45
3rd Jan 2020
Vinyl Album
Paul McCartney And Wings - Band On The Run (1973)
Loads of this LP around, Henry29 - and most "well-played". Don't think it's worth a lot even in immaculate nick but sure most secondhand sellers would've charged more than a quid.

Scratchy45
29th Sep 2019
Vinyl Album
Bryan Ferry - These Foolish Things (1977)
Jace59 - the label is Polydor - but the sleeve is as described.

Scratchy45
27th Sep 2019
Vinyl Album
Bryan Ferry - These Foolish Things (1977)
Jace59 - see my comment Here on an Eno solo album.

Scratchy45
27th Sep 2019
Vinyl Album
The Marmalade - The Best Of The Marmalade (1969)
ppint - I think this was released just after the group had jumped ship for CBS to Decca. "Cash in in some way while we still can" might have been the record label motive....

Scratchy45
13th Sep 2019
Vinyl Album
The Dubliners - Drinkin' And Courtin' (1971)
Original issue was on MajorMinor SMLP14

Scratchy45
8th Sep 2019
Vinyl Album
ZZ Top - Tres Hombres (1973)
Happy_smiles19: this isn't really a site for valuations or sales as such.

Something will always be worth what someone's prepared to pay for it on a given day. For some kind of indication - and I'd qualify it in that way - I'd mosey on over to Discogs where release variations have been submitted in infinite, dizzying, and sometimes (to me) just plain annoying detail.

Armed with your matrix number from the runout wax you may be able to to identify a high, low and average sale price that's been paid for a copy there, and the number of times it's sold there recently. If your particular variant isn't there or it has never sold, then you're in "lick finger, wave in air and see what happens" territory.

18th May 2019
Vinyl Album
Shirley Bassey With Nelson Riddle And His Orchestra - Let's Face The Music (1962)
Sleeve pics uploaded, though probably only placeholder quality.
