For some reason the writer credits for “In My Dreams” were modified for the U.K. release from the USA issue which credits - Composer: Smith, Harmony, Temen, Fain, with the Smith being James Marcus Smith aka P.J. Proby. The track was intended for Elvis but he passed on it so it went to Rick...

As gregs45s says, the concert raised $75,000 over the two performances for the Kui Lee Cancer Fund. This was in fact, three times the the original projection of $25,000.

And no, I’ve never seen a UK quadrophonic issue of this LP - the US issue was the first quadrophonic album to top the US chart...
