The Kinks - Then Now And Inbetween (1969)
In 1977 a DJ came into our store (Blue Meannie in El Cajon, Ca.) with a box of 24 of these LPs. Said he found them in a back room at the station he worked at. I don't remember the station. He wanted a buck apiece for them. We gladly paid him his asking price. Ended up selling or trading them in Europe & England in about 6 months. Wish I had kept one for myself. Mitch

Elvis Costello - Live At The El Mocambo (1978)
Bootlegs are printed on thin cardboard stock. Real promos are thicker cardboard. On the label of the bootleg on the CBS credit writing around the bottom of the label the CBS logo is filled in. Also the vinyl is more light weight. Bootlegs cost about $4 each wholesale in 1978-9. I had two boxes and sold them in my store. I kept one. I've only ever seen a few originals for sale on Ebay over the years. This looks like a bootleg pictured.

Elvis Costello And The Attractions - Punch The Clock (1983)
All 5 of the records that are listed under Europe should be listed under Germany. There is no question about it, that's were they were manufactured. However they were made for release in various European nation countries (Holland/France/Belgium/Germany/Austria/UK/Ireland).

Elvis Costello - This Years Model (1978)
This version from Sweden has a third front cover. The two linked releases pictured below are the common versions. This Swedish version has Elvis with his left hand on the tripod and his right hand on the adjustment rod.
