Biography - Everest 
USA
Started late 1958 as part of Belock Instruments Group and run by Ted Wallerstein.
In 1962 75% of shareholding was bought by Bernard Solomon and the company moved to the West Coast.
Everest always made a big thing out of their recording process on 35mm magnetic film supposedly giving them better quality and finer stereo sound
1968 Solomon sells all his holdings to Pickwick but remains in charge with a long contract
Sept 1975 Solomon buys back Everest from Pickwick
