Biography - Outlet UK This label was the brainchild of William "Billy" McBurney, who had the idea of recording Irish Traditional Music of both sides of the divide in Belfast. He was perfectly happy releasing Orange March albums, while at the same time releasing both traditional Irish music and Rebel and Republican music. Numerous sub-labels sprang up from Outlet such as Homespun, Ulster, ARA and Derry.
