I got this from amazon, who very helpfully, don't give any label details, catalogue numbers, barcode or anything, so was surprised to see the BTB sticker on it when it arrived.
(Good job the postman wasn't holding on to it too tightly, as I'd have brought him in doors with it!.... such was my anticipation for it to arrive - my fingers were clacking away like crab's claws all morning long while I waited)
((Edited to put the apostrophe in "Crab's".... "crabs claws" gives it a rather unwholesome sound I didn't intend!))
Magic, I deleted my previous comment because thinking better Back To Black might be a series...but your response was immediate.
Universal should be considered as second (other label)
Only the sticker on the shrink has the back to black on it, so I just went by the labels and copyright, which attribute it to American (as the original).
If it needs to be changed to Universal, then that's fine (Wasn't sure if there'd be a separate issue for America and Europe, as this is pressed in Holland... so if that needs to be changed too, then that's ok too).
Can't recommend this enough though, to anyone who loves this album... blew my socks off!
The best sounding piece of vinyl I own.... a legend between my own ears now. I've played it half a dozen times already, and still can't quite believe how good it is.
I've knackered my CD over the years, and this is going to get played to death.
