Produced By Giles Martin. Released as a companion album to the Ron Howard film Eight Days A Week - The Touring Years. 2016 remix from the original multi-track tapes, featuring previously unreleased tracks.
What makes this a UK release? It is clearly international if the Universal Music Group International label isn't enough of a clue the fact that this is also the USA and anywhere else release should be enough. I know it's uncomfortable but unfortunately new releases from both the the majors and the minors are nearly all international when it comes to the vinyl revival much the same as the start of the CD era I'm afraid. A lack of remaining quality pressing plants is one of the reasons for this and of course cost of production is another. Globalisation - don't you just love it?
I've added the years recorded after the tracks, and a few images, together with copyright information from the back cover. Hope to be able to scan the rest at work next week where we have an A3 scanner.
Gate-fold sleeve with picture inner sleeve. Tracks 5-8 on side 2 are listed as 'Bonus Tracks'. Really heavy-weight vinyl, don't know when I'll get time to scan this. Titles have the years recorded written by them in brackets, maybe I should've put that above... Here is:-
Side 1:- A1; 1965. A2; 1965. A3; 1965. A4; 1965. A6; 1964. A7; 1964. A8; 11964. A9; 1965.
Side 2:- B1; 1965. B2; 1964; B3; 1964. B5; 1964. B6; 1964. B7; 1965. B8; 1965.
