Fokeman 9th Apr 2016		Originally issued in 1961 in a 10LP set in the USA by Caedmon Records. This was licensed to Topic in 1966. However Bert Lloyd edited the notes and it took considerable time to get each issue ready for release with newly designed covers. This was issued two years after the allocation of the number which should, by rights have seen a 1966 release date. Later releases in the series were not issued until 1969 - a full three years after the allocation date of the number and 8 years after the original date of release in the USA.
