The Dutch CDL pressing is just a contract pressing presumably for UK. Chrysalis was distributed from 78 by Ariola Benelux. A certain give away for Dutch releases is the full stop in the catalog number, like here 202.987. Sleeves from this period were mostly printed in Germany and have the -320 extension on the sleeve.
So this is the Dutch release of the album.
At least the record pictured here is not German, but NL, Ariola-Benelux BV, Haarlem. Normally one would expect a Sonopress, Ariola GmbH, München. As I cannot read the back of the cover it is not possible to tell if perhaps, this being a hit record, German presses could not meet demand, and Dutch discs put into German sleeves.
Some major contracting must have taken place for the label around this time, as there is also a Netherlands release done by Phonogram/Polydor, most likely a PRS, Baarn pressing.
