 track b.4 "follow me up to carlow"; this is wrongly credited on the album: the poem's writer is known: it was published in patrick joseph mccall's "songs of erinn" (1899);
the air or melody is reputed to've been the marching tune played by the pipers of feagh machugh in the rebellion commemorated by the poem.
