 On track A4, Burlington Music is the song's publisher, not a co-writer, see the label. Oddly, the side 2 label shows a different publisher for track B1 (Warner Bros.) than on the cover (Feldman). I seem to remember reading somewhere that Track were putting Braille titles on many (all?) of their releases around this time, I know that they did it for The Who's ODDS AND SODS.

 First pressing had 'John Keen" on cover,often covered by a 'speedy' sticker. Cover re-pressed with 'Speedy Keen', but my copy still has that sticker anyway (image uploaded)

PS: titles printed in braille on back cover

 Wow Wee! A fantastic effort Leonard and all of my hats are off to you. You could have added that they are top quality images in your comment as the work you do is always of a high (very) standard. I stand in awe as a 5-6000 image man and I know how many years that took me. Congratulations on a spectacular effort. Insert fireworks and a lot of admiration and appreciation. You are magnificent!

 The front cover is the 100.000th image I added to 45worlds! As it was not televised, not rewarded with fireworks nor cake, I will treat myself this evening on a nice bottle of Chablis wine!
