 mmarmalade: see also the cover credit for side one, track six, where the comma after paxton remains, but music - bruce woodley (singer-songwriter and recording artist in his own right, as well as a member of that little-known group, the seekers) has been expunged.

(yr hmbl srppnt. wonders whether this was after the manner and style of the abrogation of credit for a number of bruce woodley's compositions by a certain half of a fairly popular duo modelling themselves upon the every brothers, simon and garfunkel; but hopes bruce woodley was paid his share of the royalties in this case. . .)

 Got this down for re-recording today...

...and aside from noting the fact that this is another perfect Polydor press, a Super, no less... and getting very into Angeline Is Always Friday, I also noticed the redacted (?) / obscured / blocked out publishing credits next to the track listings on the back cover. You have to look really hard to see it, because it's "scribbled" over in almost the same colour blue as the rest of the cover, but the remnants are there, including an obscured Elektra credit at the bottom.

I can only assume that this is one of those cases of another country's issue cover, simply being used as a template, and then hastily adapted for the new country of release, in this case, I can just about make out ASCAP credits.

(U.S issue bodged for U.K?)
