ady_lister 10th Jul 2014		Oceanic release to promote Neil Young & The Restless (a.k.a The Lost Dogs) Tour of Japan, Australia and New Zealand in 1989. Japan got a CD I’m not sure if they got the vinyl as well... Australia got a Cassette version and there was also a Promo 45 of 2 tracks sent to Radio Stations. 'Cocaine Eyes' and 'Heavy Love' are exclusive to this release. 'Don't Cry' is slightly longer than the version on 'Freedom' 'On Broadway' and 'Eldorado' are the same as the tracks on 'Freedom' A couple of sources have the vinyl at 5000 copies and it’s probably the toughest Neil Young album to find on Vinyl.
