PhilMH 5th Dec 2017		April 1970 at the very earliest, as that is when PolyGram (Polydor and Phonogram; this one comes from the Verve catalogue distributed by Polydor) introduced the 7-digit catalogue numbers. Already deleted by September 1983, which is when the first Music Master catalogue that I have was published, and this wasn't reviewed or advertised in Gramophone.



kab2112 SUBS 4th Dec 2017		Although the label gives the year as 1965, I think this may be a 1970's re-release - but I'm not sure so have left the year blank.
