Interesting to note that when the LP became a hit Louvigny-Marquee Music took over 3 songs - but not Hocus Pocus. I hope Radio Luxembourg helped to make the LP a hit!

Probably better to leave them here as they are BH labels with the same catalogue number. There is enough info in the comments for people to understand the provenance and variation.

I think to be on the safe side the set of labels put up by Hawkmarty with manufactured rather than 'marketed' should be removed as I have only seen the 'manufactured' on Polydor sleeves as well as the publishing information has changed from original issue. These labels should have their own separate listing with the Polydor sleeve so making 3 UK variants.

The label difference answer is here at a glance. Labels reset because publishing on side one had changed except for Hocus Pocus.

I have just checked and I have 2 copies on the BH label and exactly as deepinder says the labels have Marketed by Polydor at the bottom (in a BH branded sleeve - also BH on the spine it should be noted) and the other labels have Manufactured by Polydor at the bottom and that one is in a Polydor branded sleeve.
So there are 2 versions of the labels.

It took RCPG 20 years to work this out, but done in a flash on 45worlds. I asked about the photo on the back and the band member reckoned it was Leeds University. The Dutch equivalent Focus II has a different b&w photo of the same gig.

Rear scan of sleeve with BH logo as promised.

Then kab2112's back cover scan doesn't belong to this entry.

I've just checked mine, and it has the BH logo top left (although some kind twerp has put an ink stamp over it). I'll scan it and add it later today, if I remember.

it does get confusing but a genuine Blue Horizon pressing has this label ( marketed by Polydor) when Blue H was a legal entity and a sleeve with BH on the back. Still what a classic album. The one LP which defined Progressive music which is a different genré to Prog rock

later issues with Polydor on the sleeve have Blue Horizon label. This is after the label ceased to exist. The reason why this happened is the LP was in such high demand Polydor just used up all the BH blank labels. The genuine issue on BH has Marketed by Polydor on label and the post BH period have manufactured by Polydor - but this is not a hard and fact rule. I will say in the 18 months that the LP existed in catalogue on BH the information on the label was changed and reset because the publishing had changed.
