First pressing cover has no top or bottom seams. A four-paneled cardboard with two die-cut windows, one each at the middle of the edges of panels one and four, the "jacket" wrapped around the discs. Photos adorned both the inside and outside. With the second run this was eliminated and a simple double-pocket gatefold was used, losing virtually all of the "inner" images and the windows.
