Vinyl Album
Notes Although the Leon Young String Chorale had backed Mr. Bent Fabric for some time, this is the first Atco disc of 33.33 rpm thru which the Leon Young orchestra had independently performed. In fact, all the tunes of this disc had become big hits in the United Kingdom within the past year. Furthermore, some tunes, such as Glad All Over, I Wanna Hold Your Hand and Please Please Me were very prosperous in the United States due to the artists of the British Invasion in North America. Despite the fact that this Atco disc did not sell well, this group was one of the first bands that had strumentally played successful vocal songs that had already been popularized by rock groups.
