Notes

Although Darrell (Banks) Eubanks had learned to sing in gospel churches during his boyhood, Mr. Banks chose a career to sing secular music. He signed a contract with Revilot records, from which his best tune "Open The Door To Your Heart" was issued and had nationally reached a peak position of # 27 by means of the Billboard hit parade of discs of 45 rpm.

When Mr. Banks left Revilot records to record at the Atco recording company, he had this disc of 33.33 rpm plus four tunes of this disc, which were "Here Come the Tears", "I've Got That Feelin", "Angel Baby (Don't Ever Leave Me)" and "Look into the Eyes of a Fool" issued in 1967 by means of two discs of 45 rpm. Sadly, neither one of the a-sides of these two discs had reached any national success.

Afterward, Mr. Banks left Atco to cut his final recordings at the Stax record label from which his final disc of 33.33 rpm was issued. Sadly, Mr. Banks was fatally shot by a policeman the 24 February 1970 in Detroit because this policeman thought that Mr. Banks might do intentional harm to him due to the fact that Mr. Banks saw that this cop might have sexually harassed his girlfriend.
