Alan Cochevelou dit Alan Stivell

Alan Stivell plays harp throughout and is joined on track A3 by Roger Abjean who sings the melody.
Roger Abjean appears with the permission of Disque Kanerien Bro-Leon.

Recorded 26/08/64 but not released till the following year.

Date is according to Alan Stivell himself who says that he was annoyed that the title was only in French and not in Breton. He himself designed a new cover image which was ready in 1966 for the second issue and this was used with all records sold after 1966. The original design was reused for the artist Andrew Mahoux who also played the celtic harp and recorded for Mouez-Breiz.

There are actually 4 different covers; the first with the early design with reference to Alan Cochevelou, the second with reference to Alan Cochevelou, the third with the second design, reference to Alan Cochevelou and a price code D printed in top right corner and the fourth with the second design but with reference to Alan Stivell.
