deepinder cheema 28th Feb 2017		I have uploaded images of Mr Bakers own copy which I had the honour of passing through my hands. Provenance was Bonhams ( from memory) in which Ginger had a clear out of items from the early 1960s onward, when you consider his chaotic life it is remarkable that they survived in his possession!
