 The pressing codes indicate a Decca Custom pressing in 1967. Pressed in the USA.

 I'm wondering if these matrix codes are USA based? Very much linked to this release... and this... and
this...

After further research into the similar labels, I'm near certain that this record was originally pressed in Boston, Mass. USA. Probably sold in America to Irish Americans. The label itself was Dublin based, though despite having most of its material originally issued in the USA.
