Notes

The sleeve indicates Italy as the country of origin (Quatre As Records, Via Tolmezzo, 127, 20132 Milano). But there is no number 127 in the relatively short Via Tolmezzo. The logo SABAM on the record label points at Belgium, and so does an artist like Cynthia Clay, who, in the mid-seventies, published a few records in that country. Although a good argument can be made that the LP was made in Belgium, I have left the question open and filed the album under Unknown Country.
B2: "Lady Madonna" is mentioned neither on the sleeve nor on the record itself.
B4, "Buenas Noches, Mi Amor": Gus Levene (not Levente, as the record has it) was the arranger, the composers were Giraud, McCreery and Fontenoy.
