Lyric sheet is now an insert, instead of being the back cover. Thus, it's back cover has been completely redesigned to have the photo of the band and track listing. (Back cover redesign uncredited)
Composer credits for Well Alright on back cover and label is credited to "P. Holly, A. Mauldin" instead of Petty, Holly, Allison, Maudlin
Later Canadian reissues use the original uncensored cover
