This card insert came with the first pressing of Open (in unlaminated covers) in November 1967. The cover only mentions Auger and Driscoll, but the insert gives info about Gary Boyle, Clive Thacker and Dave Ambrose. When the LP was reissued in a laminated cover in April 1968 (after This Wheel's On Fire had been a hit), the insert was quietly forgotten about, leaving poor Gary, Clive and Dave out in the cold.(source) gregs45s SUBS14th Sep 2013 So it is,thank you,i'll create another listing.
