 I think so, of course with regard to the British market, other countries continued to use the "swirl label" over 1973.
I remember that in September 1976 in Italy Black Sabbath - Technical Ecstasy was still on swirl.
Perhaps Atlantis first album, also of the beginning of 1973 in England, could be the last in chronological order but the cover for this album was imported from Germany and is therefore identical with the one from the German issue (December 1972).
It was, however, supplemented with a swirl inner sleeve and it retains its German catalogue number.

 The last in chronological order to appear with a swirl label and the first Vertigo album to be released in just a single cover and nothing more.
The times were changing!
