The PRID 5 catalogue number is probably a reissue as part of the Phonogram 'Priceless Original Recordings' series although this version also has the original catalogue numbers on the label.
Matrix side 1 (image 56132) = 9286686 1Y//2 IB and 12 and 23 (machine stamped) and MELYS (hand etched).
Matrix side 2 (image 56133) = 9286686 2Y//2 IB and 16 (machine stamped) and MELYS (hand etched).
Matrix side 3 (image 56134) = 9286687 1Y//2 IB and 13 and 9 (machine stamped) and MELYS (hand etched).
Matrix side 4 (image 56135) = 9286687 2Y//3 420 04 and 1 and 3 and 3 (machine stamped).
Sides A to C had laquer cut at I.B.C. Studios and mastered by MELYS,side D laquer cut at Phonodisc Ltd.
