| | Within the space of time when the first issue swirl label was sold, this went from shillings, then pounds and pence and even went as high as £2.75 (55/-) on the blue sticker. I'll put my front cover sleeve up with this sticker on it, when I can. |

| | Yeah I remember that the UK public were being trained up to use the new Decimal currency so items were labelled in decimal before Feb 1971 / D Day. I bought my copy in 1979 or 1980 in Cyclops, Birmingham. It was new old stock but had some wear and tear - I'm sure it went in and out of the racks. I paid the cover price - £2.50 and still feel cheated that I paid the 'rounded up' price! |

| | The fantastic cover that once epitomised the Vertigo roaster and the genius of Keef.
As for the music itself, simply the best sampler ever made.

| | It was released in October 1970 (advertised in the music papers that month).
Very good compilation that introduced me to Nucleus and Manfred Mann Chapter Three. |

PhilMH SUBS 8th Dec 2014
| | I remember that sister label Polydor introduced its 99 series in either December 1970 or January 1971, just before my family emigrated to Australia, so I imagine that the Philips group of labels would have done the same thing at the same time. |

Hawkmarty SUBS 8th Dec 2014
| | Decimalisation was a drawn out affair in the UK; 5p and 10p coins first appeared in 1969.
Dual currency prices were appearing on items from 1970 onwards so this LP could easily have appeared in 1970. |

| | Originally came with a blue price sticker on the front cover – sold for 49′/11 or £2.50 np (np = new pence: decimalisation took place in the UK on 15th February 1971 so this album was released not long after that date).
