Notes

UNI really gave Neil a large budget for graphics on his albums in 1970-72! Gatefold covers, vanity labels, booklet inserts, etc. This LP had a 12 page book inside written in an odd script with song lyrics and blank pages. (I did not scan all of it) All of side 2 is "The African Trilogy (A Folk Ballet)"

PhilMH 17th Jan 2015		Reissued a couple of times before the early 80's MCA one; first time (probably in 1971 or 1972) the first digit of the catalogue number was changed from 7 to 9, which was I think due to a price rise, with Uni thereafter using 9xxxx for their top-price releases, and this still had the gatefold and special labels; second time was in 1973 when Uni, Decca, Coral, Kapp, etc were replaced by MCA, so this became MCA-2013, still in a gatefold, but with MCA's black and rainbow label. MCA 37196 might be a little bit later than 1980 - that date on the blue-sky-clouds-and-rainbow label is for the label artwork - and my not-always-perfect memory is telling me 1981, but I don't think it was any later than that.
