Notes

Issued with a Storyville cover with stickers applied in two places on front and on the back too. The cover showing afterwards is without these stickers and is probably therefore a slightly later sleeve printing.

The Recordings were made on September 25th 1957 (The Wallis session), and February 9th, 1958 (Bastable's Chosen Seven), and Doug Dobell considers them to be among the best that he has made.

The first LP in the LEU 12" series. Limited Edition

Some issues have a B side label which doesn't mention that the title is "Acker's Early Days" and only mentions "Bob Wallis Storyville Jazzmen". Others have both labels which mention the LP title.
