The SACEM label issue is SPECIFICALLY French and as such belongs as a French issue. Otherwise we'll have every issue issued in all of the European countries as Europe. That is surely not correct!.
If a record is made for a specific country why we don't list it as such?
SACEM = France
STEMRA=Dutch
GEMA=German
GEMA/BIEM = Europe
none = made for UK?
We also have a duplicate entry here I think. Strange that it has the same two label designs in reverse order - one of them is a variant though. I think because the other listing has a barcode on it could have something to do with why there are two listings but they are the same record.
The SACEM rectangle suggests that this is made in Germany specifically (and exclusively) for the FRENCH market. The GEMA rectangle suggests that this was made in Germany specifically for the GERMAN market. I think we have two German made records but not both for the German market.
Is there anyone who disagrees with this assertion?
