Magic Marmalade 6th Jul 2014		Was Hesitant about giving the exact release date noted on the promo sticker, as other information available gives the release date as 21st August, 1990... and not 17th Sep, as this does. If fee l there's a story behind this... most likely either the artist (Roger Waters) wished to bring it forward, after the promos had gone out... or, as is often the way, another big release by a big artist conflicted with this date, and the date was moved to avoid having to compete with it. Any Ideas? (Maybe the "Aborted" Matrix numbers on sides 2,3, and 4 on my copy could be something to do with it?) One more point to make here: Was unsure about the Country of origin... whether to list it as a UK copy, due to distribution, or the Netherlands, as country of production (and Publisher's base)



Magic Marmalade 5th Jul 2014		The Copy I have is a Promotional Copy, and as I assume all European Versions are this version made in the Netherlands, and it is very hard to find pressing chronology information for this vinyl on the web (Pinkfloydarchives.com is good, but info on this album is incomplete), I will give the Matrix Numbers for the records here, perhaps in order to establish a benchmark (A Promo Ought to have earliest possible Press?)
